The full, approved privacy notice is published here before member sign-up opens. The commitments below already govern how this website treats alumni information.

    We check membership against University records and state why alumni information is collected.

    Public directory results show only a name, programme, graduation year and record status, never personal contact details.

    Members choose which eligible profile details other members can see.

  4. 04

    Private member profiles are not searchable on the open web.

  5. 05

    Anyone can report an incorrect record or ask for help with their data.
