Vivian Okeke
Career diplomat who represented Nigeria to Austria, Slovakia and the international organisations in Vienna.
Their work
Vivian Okeke led the America and Caribbean Affairs Division of Nigeria’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs before her appointment as Ambassador to Austria and Slovakia in 2017.
As Permanent Representative to the Vienna-based international organisations, including the International Atomic Energy Agency, she advanced Nigeria’s peaceful nuclear-energy and development agenda; she has since served in senior IAEA liaison roles.
